About Me
I write about the lives we keep living when they stop fitting.
My work explores endurance, faith, motherhood, leadership, and the slow courage required to begin again.
Alongside a career in people development, I trained in holistic healing practices — drawn to the way experience settles in the body as well as in memory.
My forthcoming novel The Space Between grew quietly through notebooks, conversations, and early mornings. It is shaped by lived experience, written into fiction, and offered to those who have carried too much, stayed too long, or learned to grow quietly.
Why I Write
For many years, I lived inside responsibilities — work, motherhood, duty, survival. Writing arrived not as escape, but as a way of understanding what had already been endured.
I became interested in the moments before change becomes visible: the private calculations, the inner negotiations, the quiet thresholds crossed long before a life shifts on the outside.
Alongside leadership roles and training in holistic healing, I learned how closely the body and story are linked — how people carry experiences long after events have passed.
The Space Between grew from that curiosity. It is written for those who recognise the cost of staying — and the courage it takes to leave.
